11/25/2020 Dallas’ Rising K3 Sisters Band to Perform at The Wrap’s Power Women Summit 2020

Amidst 2020’s mind-bending social changes that have eclipsed the advancing careers of so many cutting edge musicians, entertainment creators and social media mega-influencers there are rays of hope breaking through the darkness. A few of these harbingers of hope and light are emanating from young minds like those of Texas sisters Kaylen (21), Kelsey (19) and Kristen (17) Kassab.

The three fiercely independent entrepreneurs now control their own indie record label, and will be featured entertainers for this year’s Power Women Summit 2020.

This year’s conference attendees will interact with each other, mentors and keynote speakers via a high tech all virtual conference that features top women change makers in entertainment, media, and technology.

The Power Women Summit 2020 will focus on empowering women during and after the present pandemic. The entire conference is made possible by Sharon Waxman’s award winning news organization The Wrap and many sponsors.

Kaylen, Kelsey and Kristen are a female led family band that are all songwriters, multi-instrumentalists and film producers. They formed their eclectic K3 Sisters Band a decade ago, but in a twist of fate, the pandemic of 2020 has catapulted their numbers on TikTok and other social media accounts to hundreds of millions of views spread across an international audience in 50 countries.

As a result, numerous celebrity magazines, network television and female empowerment champions have weighed in on their arrival. And the notoriety keeps growing with their coming of age music video “My Time” making it into a new exhibit “Girlhood (It’s Complicated)” at the Smithsonian Institute’s Museum of American History.

In October of 2020 Texas sisters Kaylen, Kelsey and Kristen Kassab and their family run K3 Sisters Band made history when they were included in the debut of the Smithsonian Institution’s new “Girlhood (It’s Complicated)” exhibit now open to the public at the Museum of American History in Washington D.C.

The Smithsonian responded to the public relations group that represents the talented singers and multi-instrumentalists, and agreed to feature their recent music video “My Time” in the curated exhibit along with many female related artifacts of historical-cultural value, and a select few other American artists, performers and personalities; all this to uniquely commemorate the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th amendment giving U.S. women the right to vote.

The decision to include entirely home-schooled Kaylen, Kelsey and Kristen as representative examples of how far females have come since that historic women’s rights moment in 1920 was made for a number of reasons.

At 21, 19 and soon to be 17 years old respectively, the Dallas born singer songwriters have been inspiring female led entrepreneurs and aspiring young artists around the world for over a decade.

At last check they have amassed in excess of 300 million TikTok views with 1.8 million followers and 41.6 million likes from young people in 50 countries.

Adding to their viral TikTok posts are millions of views of long and short form content featuring their original songs, full concerts, live streamed shows, and Harry Potter fandom connectivity on both Instagram and Facebook.

In demonstration of their intense commitment to a DIY business model, they daily manage a website that offers people of all ages, nationalities and philosophies a way to stream their entire catalogue of music for free, contemplate the meaning of life by studying their “Book of Secrets,” and in the process become part of their K3SB FAM, an international online community that has formed organically in support of the girls’ anti-bullying #K3Motto and mutual desires to share love and positivity during the COVID-19 pandemic shutdowns, quarantines and feelings of isolation.

Although the band had enjoyed hundreds of live performances at venues such as Six Flags, House of Blues, Great Wolf Lodge, citywide festivals and cultural exhibitions, when the pandemic forced the cancellation of their entire 2020 booking schedule the girls ramped up their live stream technologies and online presence.

In addition to their ever changing, multi-dimensional website, which includes band merch, free color photo collections of the girls on stage, videos, and detailed bios, it is their penchant for chatting live online with the K3SB FAM and curious visitors that has fascinated people who love to post or read the many heartfelt comments of appreciation of finding a safe, monitored place where they can feel connected to a “family” that cares, does not tolerate hate, and offers a wide variety of cutting edge entertainment to them at no cost.

Another attention getting fact is that the three business-oriented, recording and performing artists are also adept at filming, editing, running their own sound, producing and live streaming their music, videos and concerts; all the while retaining 100 % of the publishing and copyrights of their content via their family run, independent record label Bruce Ray Productions.

The K3 Sisters are now appearing in medium and high circulation entertainment magazines, newspapers, teen culture brands, as well as local and national television news broadcasts. Simple Google K3 Sisters Band to peruse same.
